Why need a virtual state?

The virtual state’s services are expected to be better than those of the real state, first and foremost, because the virtual state regime is not exposed to the 7 main factors of spreading of personal and systemic corruption in the state, and the 7 factors for political corruption as defined by the People’s Justice Movement (Hebrew website):

The 7 factors for personal and administrative corruption development

  1. No real personal and system’s feedback, control and criticism.
  2. The wrong person has been in the position too long..
  3. Too much power is centralized in the hands of the wrong person.
  4. The position holder is exempt from any personal responsibility for his poor performance.
  5. The person in charge is not required to report on his poor performance.
  6. The position holder cannot be fired or their position terminated through legal means.
  7. The employer avoids exhausting the law with the position holder.

To this must be added the 7 factors for the political corruption development:

The 7 Causes of Political Corruption

  1. Lack of separation of powers: Blurring the boundaries between the executive and legislative branches, which eliminates the ability to supervise, and defining the invalidity of judicial legislation.
  2. Party electoral system:Loyalty to the head party head instead of direct commitment to the electorate.
  3. Lack of a Constitution and Bill of Rights: The lack of a supreme document that protects the individual by limiting the power of the government and the courts.
  4. Centralization and capital-government relations: Monopolies and interest groups that dictate economic policy.
  5. The monetary system: Creation of money as debt in the banking system that enslaves the producers of value.
  6. Lack of managerial transparency: Hiding decision-making processes and uncontrolled use of public funds.
  7. Lack of a civilian oversight mechanism: Lack of actual public ability to judge and replace its elected officials in real time.

The anticipating is that neutralizing these 14 factors will increase the value and worth of the virtual state, which will become an attractive destination for naturalization of additional citizens, and an increase in the value of the virtual state’s currency, and thereby, a good balance of payments and developed trade that will allow better services provided to the virtual state’s citizens.
